Dear Kevin and Band/Team, we are staying in fort myers beach sense a few days for holidays but we have to leave tomorrow to get home to Germany. So we can not come by to see and her you on saturday = very sad about that. Today its our last night here at this very nice place. Have a good time also and we are so sorry, we couldnt say hallo. This is a desperate plea. I am visiting my mother who is 70. I live in Minnesota and my older brother surprised her with his visit today. We keep saying, though however unladylike, “it’s kevin fucking costner.” I’ve never in my life been to a concert, she want to get me to one before our time is over. And again.. have I said.. Its Kevin.. Effing.. Costner!!! If you have sympathy, I am not below begging you. Sharing my first concert experience with my mother would be a great memory that I would cherish for a lifetime.

We came from Germany and we were really suprised to see Kevin and his Band playing so well. He is also a nice guy and very friendly to the audience. Love to see him back.

Hello Mr. Costner and Modern West,
My mom and I are big fans of your music, which leads me to my reason for writing. My mom is turning 70 this May and has been having a tough time coming to terms with it. She refers to 70 as “turning that number” and won’t even say the number itself haha I know…ridiculous. Anyways, my sister and I are throwing her a surprise birthday party in a couple weeks, which will hopefully cheer her up a bit and remind her how very blessed she is and not to focus so much on her age anymore.
It’s okay if you say no but I was wondering if you guys would be willing to make her a short video wishing her a happy birthday. I truly believe that something as small as a video would keep her smiling the next ten years and beyond. I was going to ask you to join us at her surprise party in Youngstown, Ohio but I thought that this may be a bit unreasonable.
If you’re able to do the video then great but no worries either way. Mr. Costner, I can’t even begin to tell you how much my mom loves you lol I remember being a teenager and watching one of your movies with her. She would always say, Oh that Kevin Costner, he can park his shoes outside my door anytime he wants lol “ew mom, gross!” Okay maybe I should have left that out.
